I said a bittersweet farewell to Be Here Now Yoga Studio December 2023. Karen Walsh, the owner has decided to move on in her Yoga therapy endeavors, and she will be offering classes online, and in a live space.
Be Here Now Yoga served me well in those uncertain post pandemic days, I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to teach there for two years and cultivate a small but mighty "yoga gang".
2024 I will be offering classes as part of the staff of Wildflower Yoga Collective. It's a beautiful space in the Stangl factory in Flemington NJ. The studio is close neighbors with an art gallery, farmers market, and coffee shop. A perfect space to build a Yoga community.

Multi Level Yoga guides students as they build upon foundational poses. Students will learn precise alignment to achieve deeper understanding of a personal practice.
Must have a general familiarity of foundational poses.
Great for the those looking to refine and strengthen their practice, or the beginner taking the leap to intermediate.
For the bare bones beginner. Always wanted to try Yoga, but a little intimidated? This is the class for you. Learn poses in a way that is precise and connects the mind and body. Excellent for the bare bones beginner, or the student interested in getting back to Yoga.

*Props and modifications are offered (and used) in all classes to provide students with deeper feedback and understanding of poses.
**Classes are not flow classes, although Sun Salutations are sometimes used in sequencing.

Heather offers a wide variety of Yoga and Meditation classes specific to the needs of your your team/group.
Pricing based on classes up to twelve students, $10 for each student that exceeds twelve.
Corporate Groups:
$110 for a seventy five minute class
Six classes: $630
Twelve classes: $1200
Students are to bring a mat, two blocks, and a strap. Heather will provide links to order affordable props online.

Her deep study continues with Iyengar instructor Matt Dreyfus. She has attended the Recovery Conference @ Kripalu, Therapeutic training, Ayurvedic

Her focus includes the use of props, working with injuries, Yoga for athletes, and Yoga anatomy & alignment.
She has taught in studios, gyms, corporate settings, public school (staff), Adult Programs, and privately.
Hatha Yoga classes are sequenced for the level and ability of each individual group of students. Variations and props are available to assist students in proper alignment, and to gain the best feedback in poses. Classes focus on alignment to ensure safety and strength for every student.
Various meditation styles are explored in classes that include meditation.
We need wellness more than ever. Whether you are a bare bones beginner, or seasoned Yogi, we can all benefit from the connection of a balanced Practice.
